Scope and operator

The Busy Bee and this website are operated by Quancom Holdings LLC. These terms cover the game and website, independently of the Paid By Ads cash-earning service. Use the game only if you accept these terms and applicable platform rules. Contact contact@paidbyads.com for help.

Eligibility and accounts

The intended audience is ages 13 and older. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to purchases and account use as required by local law. Use only accounts you are authorized to use, protect your credentials and do not impersonate another person. Google and Facebook have their own sign-in requirements.

Game content and availability

The game is in development. Only features actually offered in your installed version and region are available. Descriptions of planned content do not promise a release date. We may update features, correct errors or temporarily interrupt services for maintenance. Purchased content remains subject to applicable consumer rights.

Virtual currency, items and purchases

Honey Coins are virtual game currency. They are not money, a deposit, a cryptocurrency or Paid By Ads cash earnings and cannot be redeemed for cash. Game items provide a limited personal license for use in The Busy Bee, not ownership of the artwork or underlying software. Prices, contents and any usage limits must be displayed before purchase. Consumables are used up when activated.

Where purchases are enabled, the displayed Google Play checkout and applicable platform terms govern payment. Contact us or Google Play about missing purchases and refund requests. Nothing in these terms removes statutory refund or consumer rights. Do not purchase an unavailable feature based solely on a future-content description.

Personalization and gifts

Different accessory offers may cover avatar appearance, gameplay appearance or cinematic appearance. Only the application level explicitly included in the offer is granted; owning a basic accessory does not automatically include cinematic customization. Account-bound purchases are for the purchasing account, or the intended recipient when an explicit gift option is used. They may not be copied or sold between accounts. Confirm the recipient and included content before gifting.

Optional rewards and fair play

Any optional ad reward is subject to the offer shown and verified completion when that feature is available. Do not falsify purchases, automate reward claims, manipulate balances, exploit service errors or access another player's account. We may investigate abuse and restrict affected features or accounts, subject to applicable law.

Artwork and physical merchandise

The Busy Bee characters, game artwork and software are protected content. You may use the game as intended; digital access does not grant commercial reproduction or manufacturing rights. Official merchandise, if offered, is a separate physical purchase with its own disclosed price, shipping, customization and return terms.

Privacy and account deletion

Our privacy policy explains data handling. See account and data deletion to request removal. Deletion may remove progress and access to account-bound features; support will explain relevant effects and any required retained transaction records. Deleting a game account does not delete a separate Paid By Ads account.

Service responsibilities

We aim to provide a reliable game but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every device will be compatible. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional guarantees. This does not limit mandatory consumer guarantees or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support first about a problem so we can try to resolve it.

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. We will update this page's date and provide additional notice where required. Material changes affecting purchases or personal data will be handled consistently with applicable law.
