Who operates The Busy Bee

Quancom Holdings LLC, the company behind Paid By Ads, operates The Busy Bee. This policy covers this game and its official website. The separate Paid By Ads earning service has its own policy. Contact contact@paidbyads.com about privacy.

Information the website handles

This site has no advertising tags, analytics scripts, account forms, external fonts or embedded social media. Hosting systems process connection information, including IP addresses, requested pages and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. Emailing us shares your address, message and any attachments with our mailbox and mail providers.

Accounts and game progress

If you use account features, Google or Facebook sign-in and Firebase Authentication provide an account identifier and permitted basic identity information, such as an email address or public profile. We use this to authenticate you and associate your game records with your account. The game can also store progress and settings on your device.

Cloud features store game progress, saved checkpoints, inventory, virtual currency, owned content, cosmetic selections and related account records. Depending on the features you use, records can include purchase and reward receipts, gift sender and recipient identifiers, claim status, and leaderboard results. We use these records to provide saves and purchases, prevent duplicate claims and fraud, resolve support requests and operate the game.

Leaderboards and gifts

Leaderboard participation can make your chosen public alias and game results visible to other players. Do not use sensitive personal information as your public name. Gift features associate a sender, recipient and purchased content; keep claim links private and share them only with the intended recipient.

Purchases and physical merchandise

Where enabled, Google Play processes in-app payments. We receive product and transaction verification information to deliver purchases; the game does not receive your payment-card number. Physical merchandise is a separate service. No fulfillment partner is identified or enabled by this website. Any future merchandise checkout must identify its fulfillment and payment providers and explain delivery information before you order.

Advertising

The game is in development. Optional rewarded ads are planned, but no standalone ad provider is configured in the code reviewed for this policy update. This website does not serve ads. Before in-game advertising is enabled, this policy must identify the selected providers, the information they process, and applicable consent or opt-out controls. An app-ads.txt file is a seller-authorization record; its presence does not mean ads are enabled.

Service providers and disclosures

Google/Firebase supports authentication, cloud storage, service functions, app integrity and purchase verification. Meta supports Facebook sign-in when used. Website and email hosts process information needed to provide those services. We may disclose information where legally required, to protect service security, or to handle a transaction or support request you initiate. We do not sell game account information.

See Google's privacy policy and Meta's privacy policy for their practices. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours.

Retention and security

We keep account and game records while needed to operate your account and the features you use. When you request deletion, we remove account and associated personal game data after verifying ownership, except records necessary for legal obligations, transaction disputes, fraud prevention or security. Any applicable retention exception will be explained when we handle your request. Backups may remain until their normal replacement cycle. We use account authentication and access controls, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights, including objection or restriction rights and the right to contact a data-protection authority. See account and data deletion for instructions. Signing out, removing a login connection or uninstalling does not itself delete cloud records.

Children

The intended audience is ages 13 and older. The game is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate. This audience statement does not imply that the development build already enforces an age screen.

Changes

We update this page when practices change and revise the date above. Material new collection or advertising practices require appropriate notice and consent before activation.
